The cause of the sudden fall of VAI is the Hack of Eco Defi were I see 335K VAI swapped to Pancake.
The malicious smart contract siphonned and swapped all in the same tx, pretty smart.
Edit: Missing ~$1M overall, including 335K VAI, currently residing here as BNB and BUSD.
Update: I took it as a rug at first, but it happens to be a real hack. One very similar to BzX.

Hopefully everybody get’s their money back and we enjoy some cheap VAI.
The Russian Hacker is a cheap excuse for a Rugpull, and they announced their plan less than 24 hours after the rug, without even knowing if the BNB would be recovered.
I feel it’s “come restack more VAI with an extra yield so we can rug them again”.
The admin key stored in a secret database? It doesn’t even mean anything.
Edit: they started to refund, with real tokens, not newly created sh*tcoin like NayanSwop did for example. So they were probably hacked, no rug here.

Sounds about right. Their website looks shady as hell.
