Wallet connectivity problem

Dear everyone
My wallet doesn’t connect to Venus protocol. It means it connect and for a second shows it is connected but my dashboard doesn’t appear. And in a second my address changed to connect wallet. What do I have to do? I want to withdraw but I can’t.

Try disconnecting your connected wallet, make sure your wallet is unlocked (metamask), then refresh the page and connect again.

I did it several time. I have other wallets connected with one extension. All others work. Only one wallet doesn’t connect. Actually it connects for one seconds and again disappear the dashboard. What should I do?

Most likely an issue on your Wallet side. If you connect to Venus with another wallet it works correctly right?
