My wallet doesn’t connect to Venus protocol. It means it connect and for a second shows it is connected but my dashboard doesn’t appear. And in a second my address changed to connect wallet. What do I have to do? I want to withdraw but I can’t.
Try disconnecting your connected wallet, make sure your wallet is unlocked (metamask), then refresh the page and connect again.
I did it several time. I have other wallets connected with one extension. All others work. Only one wallet doesn’t connect. Actually it connects for one seconds and again disappear the dashboard. What should I do?
Most likely an issue on your Wallet side. If you connect to Venus with another wallet it works correctly right?

I have been experiencing this issue for a long time. I am unable to connect to Venus Protocol using 3 of my wallets. However, I can connect successfully with 4 other wallets. I have tested this with various types of wallets, including MetaMask and SafePal, but the problem persists. The wallet connects momentarily, shows as connected, but then my dashboard doesn’t appear, and within seconds, the address changes back to “Connect Wallet.”

These wallets might have been blacklisted if they have been flagged interacting with some Scam contracts or exchanges in prohibited jurisdictions. Please join our Tech Support Topic on Telegram.
