This change within vip-36 has been a flop implementation. The interest rate model for xvs is still profitable to borrowers! What does the team has to say on this?

This is an untrue statement.
I’ve loss huge amounts of money on VAI, XVS, and VRT.
I still hold lots of XVS. Took my losses from VAI months ago and just sold my 15M VRT and took more losses due to this new “proposal” / decision.
However …
The reason that XVS got to ATH is because many people invested for the VRT airdrop and for the XVS burn that was promised by JL … which have both been stripped away by the new team.
The original investors of XVS, who made and led to the XVS ATH, are the ones being hurt severely.
I am ok focusing on XVS and getting rid of VRT, but they shouldn’t double/triple screw the original investors by making them lockup VRT rewards for 12-months at a 1:12000 ratio; I would be ok with 3 or 6 months max but 12-months is very long. I already held XVS for 3-6 months to get the VRT airdrop in the first place and held through the ATH instead of selling because we were led to believe VRT would be part of Venus and we were investing in the Venus ecosystem future.

Single XVS token is the best for the Venus. VRT is not necessary and is a burden to the Venus. VRT will only consume big part of the resource and will add more risk to the Venus.
I am a long term supporter. Here since february and I am in favour of the multi token approach although I haven’t too much VRT anymore.

Why is XVS lending out the market Distribution APY of 27.4%, even though it pays 12.79% to borrow from XVS, it earns 14.61% with 27.4% Distribution APY, which is not right, and should be reduced to zero Distribution APY%.
Can anyone tell me the answer, why is this?

Wow this sounds bad. Let me get this straight
- In order to vote with your XVS it has to be locked
- if it is locked you cannot borrow against it. Can we collect interest or is it some new profit sharing thing. The last thing we need is something brand new.
- I have a lot of VRT. I bought a ton of XVS around $140 so I could get the airdrop. Its basically worthless now, kinda like my XVS. I think the exchange rate should be better than 1200 to 1. To me it sounds like the previous managers used the air drop to bid up the price then cash out. Sounds like a total scam.
What is up with VAI? Its not even close to a $1 peg ever. Now the are talking about interest rates? What is the plan with VAI?
Why not be fair with longer users who have VRT, let us exchange the VRT for XVS and VAI at great exchange rates.
Also, make VAI the reward for supplying? That seems like it makes the most sense to me.

The new team has inherited the tradition of cheating by the old team.The user’s losses are all due. Even if you lose a large sum of money, you are not allowed to take the remaining money away, and you have to wait 12 months in jail. It is impossible to imagine that such a project will succeed.
