Urgent Action Required – Compromised Wallet Connected to Venus Staking

Compromised BSC address: 0xe20710cEB5D04bdBd04E70f52099a43285893d2E

Dear Venus Support Team,

I am urgently reporting that my MetaMask wallet connected to Venus Protocol
staking has been compromised. I request your immediate action and the blocking of any release of my funds.

At the moment, my funds are still in the unstaking period, which will end on September 9, 2025, at 8:48 PM. However, if they are released to my wallet, they will be stolen.

Given the ongoing risk, I respectfully request the following:

  1. Immediate protective measures

Flag my staking orders and addresses as compromised.

Prevent any withdrawals or redemptions initiated from the compromised address until identity verification is completed (if technically possible within your system).

  1. Secure payout arrangement

If supported, update the receiving address to my new secure wallet address; or

Alternatively, arrange a manual withdrawal after verification to the new address.

I have already submitted a similar report to other teams, including [email protected]
(their reply is attached for your reference).

I would be extremely grateful if Venus.io could block the release of these funds and ensure they are not sent to my compromised wallet address.
