As XVS fall down to less than 50USD. Shall we create a proposal about new round XVS buyback with 3m USDT and 2m USDC via Pancake swap.
It is a good chance to stabilize XVS price and burn more XVS with such a dip.

We should have the teams massive borrow rewards burned. There is more than enough in that daily wallet to start burning.
