What I would like to propose is a new CEO.
Brad has been getting paid for 3 years now and the token price is 6 dollars and the xvsbtc price is at all time lows. If this was any stock he would have been removed by now.
Nobody knows what hes getting paid and hes clearly taking a salary and not performing. Why is his compensation private? Why are his metrics for the protocol not benchmarked. He has not made the protocol token price better in 4 years or so.
I dont understand why xvs token holders dont demand more from their protocol. I real leader would have make the protocol and price more successful. At the end of the day it has been a disaster.
So I would like to propose a change in leadership.
