Summary
We propose to deprecate the following three markets from BNB Core Pool due to inactivity or market expiration:

  1. BETH
  2. MATIC
  3. PT-USDe-30OCT2025

Description

  1. BETH:

    Rationale:

    • BETH was already partially deprecated in 2023 with this VIP which paused borrows, and supply. We propose the full deprecation by setting LTV to 0%.

    To deprecate this market, we propose to:

    • set LTV to 0%

  2. MATIC

    Rationale

    • $MATIC token has been deprecated and replaced by $POL. Venus doesn’t currently have plans to support $POL, although this could be reevaluated in the future.

    To deprecate this market, we propose to:

    • Pause Supply and Borrow
    • Set LTV to 0%
    • Set Supply & Borrow Cap to 0
    • Update its oracle from chainlink $MATIC to chainlink $POL

  3. PT-USDe-30OCT2025

  • The market has already expired on 30 Oct 2025, since the maturity date has passed, the market is no longer active or relevant for new or ongoing positions.
  • The market was delisted through this VIP.
