SKHYB has reached its supply cap again. Following the previous adjustment, [SKHYB: Reducing Collateral Factor Ahead of Supply Cap Increase](https://community.venus.io/t/skhyb-reducing-collateral-factor-ahead-of-supply-cap-increase/5888), we’re proposing to raise the supply cap again — from 4,500 to 5,500 SKHYB — and to reduce the collateral factor first, so the debt that can be created against SKHYB collateral stays flat while the cap rises.

**Proposed Changes**

| Asset | Pool | Parameter | Current | Proposed |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| SKHYB | Core | Collateral factor | 30% | 25% |
| | Core | Supply cap | 4,500 SKHYB | 5,500 SKHYB |

1. **Collateral factor 30% → 25%** , applied after a **6-hour cooldown**.
2. **Supply cap 4,500 → 5,500 SKHYB** , published once the cooldown ends.

**Notes**

- The liquidation threshold is unchanged at 65%, so existing borrow positions are not at risk of liquidation as a result of this change.
- Users supplying SKHYB as collateral will see their borrowing power reduced. A position whose debt exceeds its reduced borrowing power becomes **repay-only** : it can no longer borrow more or withdraw collateral until it pays down.

A 6-hour window is available before the new collateral factor takes effect, for users who need to borrow or redeem collateral first.
