Referring to the previous proposal, Allez Labs — Risk Parameter Updates 2026-06-23, the proposed changes to the BNB Chain Core pool are as follows.

**Proposed Changes**

| Asset | Pool | Parameter | Current | Proposed |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| asBNB | Core | Collateral factor | 72% | 60% |
| slisBNB | Core | Collateral factor | 80% | 72% |
| XRP | Core | Collateral factor | 65% | 50% |
| SOL | Core | Collateral factor | 72% | 65% |
| USDe | Core | Collateral factor | 75% | 70% |
| FDUSD | Core | Collateral factor | 75% | 65% |
| XVS | Core | Collateral factor | 0% | 45% |
| | Core | Supply cap | 1.85M XVS | 1.15M XVS |
| sUSDe | E-Mode “Stablecoins” | Liquidation incentive | 8% | 6% |

**Notes**

- Liquidation thresholds are unchanged on every collateral-factor row, so no existing position becomes liquidatable. A position whose debt exceeds its reduced borrowing power becomes repay-only: it can no longer borrow more or withdraw collateral until it pays down.
- At the proposed FDUSD collateral factor, roughly $206K of debt across two small accounts becomes repay-only. Neither position is liquidatable, and both restore capacity by repaying.
- XVS resumes as collateral alongside a supply cap of 1.15M XVS, approximately $3.1M at current prices. Its liquidation threshold remains at 60% and is not modified.

**Summary**

If approved, this VIP will:

- Reduce collateral factors on six BNB Chain Core pool markets — asBNB, slisBNB, XRP, SOL, USDe, and FDUSD.
- Resume XVS as collateral in the Core pool at a 45% collateral factor, and reduce the XVS supply cap to 1.15M XVS.
- Reduce the sUSDe liquidation incentive in the E-Mode “Stablecoins” pool from 8% to 6%, aligning it with USDe.

We welcome community feedback on this proposal ahead of submitting it for a VIP vote.

Hello team

Would like to know why there is decrease of collateral factor of asbnb , Solana and USDe ? It was not that high at first and now it’s even lower, would make this asset statically not interesting to yield farm

asBNB has poor DEX liquidity. It’s use as collateral against uncorrelated debt tokens (non-BNB tokens) comes with a risk of liquidators being unable to offboard unhealthy positions quickly enough. It’s worth noting that asBNB’s use in BNB emode is entirely un-impacted by this change.
